Today I received a email from YOUTUBE with subject

Important updates to the YouTube Partner Program

Announcing changes in YouTube Partner Program (YPP) 
Which all in all states that now "TO MONETIZE YOUR VIDEOS / EARN FROM YOUTUBE" you need to have
 
- MINIMUM 1000 SUBSCRIBERS &
- Minimum 4000 Hours of watch hours
In Past 01 Year/12 Months

So if you are one of those who just reached 10000 views mark the previous criteria for monetizing your videos. You will have to change this now.

This is all good and will help remove clutter of people who copy content and upload the content just without any productive motive.

But I upload my own original content and all I feel helps someone in some ways. So, I don't want to counted as people who are not providing decent content to community.

NOW THE QUESTION IS HOW TO OVER COME THE OBSTACLE OF 1000 SUBSCRIBERS AND 4000 HOURS OF CONTENT.

ANSWER IS SIMPLE

4000 Hours  means 4 hours for Per Person
So if all below people watch each other's content of 04 hours (i.e. in year)

All you have to do is watch minimum of 45 seconds of content of each channel Every Day for  year.

2017 again is a good year for technology we have seen way too much again and we are ready for 2018 also.
But alot of things came our way be it be Bezel less screen of Essential Phone PH-1 (from the father of Android Andy Rubin) Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+or Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 or The All New iPhone X with the notch. Now we are pushed to 18:9 Screen and Dual Camera. This is all 2017 have already bought.

We will have a moment of silence for end of Window's  Phone in 2017 also.

FastKey Launcher (Download from Play Store)



As the name describes FastKey it make us FAST with a KEYboard setup on screen.
Its a simple launcher with minimum activity going on a simple launcher with addition of a permanent keybaord on the screen that can search any app or contact directly form screen which seems just a gimmick but its addictive. Once you get this one you might not be able to move back to anyother launcher. Its very simple and also its new in itself.

• New design
• Good adaptation of Keyboard on screen

CON

• Not too much of customization available
• The always on keyboard on screen does takes away some of the looks that we desire.

Other Launchers that can be tried
Lawnchair Launcher : (DOWNLOAD from PLAYSTORE)

Lawnchair Launcher fills the void that is created by extension of Google Now Launcer in 2017. Its a stock looking simple and lean launcher with alot of customization that might be able to challenge Nova Launcher (Free Version) just because its very simple to use.

Evie Launcher: (DOWNLOAD from PLAYSTORE)

Evie is mostly minimal launcher swipe up for apps you can change folder look and icons and thats kind of it. But its simplicity is really beautiful. A must try launcher.

Microsoft Launcher : (DOWNLOAD from PLAYSTORE)

This year Microsoft has launched many apps in Andoid PlayStore and they all are pretty good and addictive. The revamp of Microsoft Launcher is also one of the best. This contains simple UI  with some niche touches. Like
- You can get small control center by swiping from bottom,
- App launcher button is available with swipe for app tray.
- & so many widgets for Photos Calendar Word, Excel or PPT and many more.
- Quick access to recent files and contacts is also a highlight of this launcher.

All in all its a good launcher  with many features. If you are someone who access alot of official stuff (mails/Documents) on mobile you will like it. Its a must try launcher.   


2. Productivity
AppDialer T9 app/people search (DOWNLOAD from PLAYSTORE) (Paid Version)


I have only one problem with Fastkey Launcher that it kind off take away the looks as half of the screen is covered by KeyBoard. But I still found the use of keyboard useful so as a replacement AppDialer T9 comes in play as it increase one step of clicking and typing instead of directly typing and searching. Its a good replacement and I currently am using the same in place of my app drawer and it works great for me.

Google Opinion Rewards (Paid App form Free - Youtube) is a great tool for Google to collect important and valuable feedback depending on your usage of any product and places you traveled by your google maps or locations.

Process
All you have to answer few questions and yes/no or options like a poll and that's kind of it and google will give you Google Play Credit that can be used in Google PlayStore upto next 01 year.
Its easy and doesn't even take too much space. It's a must have in your phone no question asked.
